America Act Now
"Education is our freedom,
and freedom should be everybody's business
."
Motto: The American G.I. Forum of the U.S.

The solution that would provide the greatest economic impact toward an immediate and rapid recovery from our current economic crisis would be achieved by using 50-75 billion dollars of the TARP money for 100% forgiveness of all Federal Student Loans.

This would stimulate the economy by freeing up billions of dollars to be used immediately for home purchase, autos, appliances, health care, and many other major purchases that would normally have to be delayed for 10 years.

The sense of the old Jewish tradition of debt forgiveness is needed now more than ever.  Wisdom becomes wisdom because of the benefit an act or saying produces over time.

If the leaders in Washington and the leaders on Main Street want to go beyond the survival and into the flourishing of America, enact a solution that will have the greatest impact.  This will turn this economy around with this single act of wisdom.

The New Standard Bearer of Justice

You must first precisely identify the inalienable rights normalized and afforded to all, in the parameters of a civil society.  The concept of a civil society as a construct is generally granted universal acceptance. The precepts of civil rules and conduct legitimatize and demanded from leadership and the newly privileged, the responsibility of being the standard bearer of fairness and new found justice.  In particular, with the climatic milestone of the end of the injustice of slavery, symbolically
marked by the election of Barack Obama as president elect to the United States of America.  You sought, struggled, and sacrificed for the legitimate and rightful claim to be recognized as equal to all men for the past 300 years in the Americas.  Now that the victory is claimed, by default you become the standard bearer of justice.

Here forward the burden and duty to legitimize the victory of the struggle commences.  The inalienable rights once denied to the black American are now fulfilled.  The duty of your struggle now focuses on your capacity and wisdom to share the fruits of your victory.

In essence and to the heart of the matter, for 300 years you and your race were denied full status as a human being on the sole basis of the color of your skin.  This is so absurd it defies all logic of humanity, but unfortunately true.  This should serve as an alert and signal to the flaws and limitations of the collective human intellect.

On this basis I look directly into the eye and into the heart and mind of President elect Obama, black Americans, white American, all Americans, all people of the world and ask you for another re-examination. The hypothesis that we are in the mist of is a segment in history that has not attained the realization of its obscurity by denying recognition to the fetus as full status of being human.

It took 300 years in the Americas alone to arrive at a milestone that disqualified the false notion that a black man is somehow less of a man.  I challenge all; that a fetus is human and as a human require inalienable rights.  If what I am saying is valid, then we need to make transition away from abortion.  We need to commence toward alternatives with urgency and eliminate abortion.

We are now coming to the realization that it was absurd to have ever bought, sold, mistreated, and murdered humans because of their skin color. If you think man’s potential is positive, then you must realize that this potential will lead to the eventual conclusion that it is incorrect to terminate the fetus. If that is what you believe, then project your knowledge forward and stop the flawed practice of abortion. If you think man’s potential is negative, then you must realize that this potential will lead you to the conclusion that man will eventually destruct himself.

So President elect Obama this theme of “Change” you envision and present, we all pray that this "Change" is toward the positive and not the negative potential of man.  As the new standard bearer of the United States of America, we await in observation and judgment of the evidence of your actions.

Psalms for the New Man Black

As a nation, we have evolved from a view and belief that once held a man black as something less than a man.

Although a living human being with a soul, mind, and a God; man black remained for possession or disposal at his master’s command.

This captivity was once sanctioned by the same nation we still call home, now 300 years since the man black was taken and bound.

We have realized the error of our ways, by elevating the captive to be our new king.

This historical day gives rise to hope and encouragement, that the same nation has evolved to a new way.

A way that changed from a view and belief, of a man black as a mere possession, a captive, an object to be owned.

Once a simple object that could live or die, at the determination of his captor the master white.

This historical day gives rise to hope, encouragement, and prayer for this same nation, this same people, and this same man black.

The same man black, who was once held in contempt, now holds the power to release from torment, the new slave, the new captive, the new man black.

The new slave, the possession, the captive, the beating heart; has a soul, a God our same God as you and me.

As once the man black also prayed to be free; to be recognized as a human worthy of life.

No matter how good or bad life could perceivably be, the new man black desires the chance at freedom’s delight.

I celebrate the new President. With encouragement I pray, that the man once captive will find courage and lesson from his history day.

We look for integrity to do what is right, have courage and recognize this new man black as a human no less than you and me.

Gain sight and compassion to set the new slave black free. Your little brothers and sisters ask to be saved.

They cry to their master to be loved. Oh Master, oh master do you hear my cry.  Please listen please listen you were once a slave like  me.

Did not, you always know, while you were once still a slave, your life was just as worthy as all other men?

Hear and answer the prayers of the new man black. They cry out from womb. Soon a chamber of death.

How can this be? Of all people, you man black should understand my plight? I am no less you are no more.  We are equal and deserve the same.

Hear me, you once less of a man, now a man, now a king. Please have courage to recognize your new slave is just as worthy as the.

You were once a captive soul, tormented by pain. Now you are free and the King. Evolve your mind, take a stand, and let the new man black live and go free.
